@Patricia Gilley has been working as a rural nurse in her hometown of Rockingham County, North Carolina in the United States for over 36 years. Her experiences include oncology, cardiac rehabilitation, and cardiac intensive care step down unit. She serves her home community where she facilitates access to medical and mental health services for residents who are struggling financially and helps residents access services for food insecurities, transportation needs to appointments, medication assistance, housing, and health education.
